Incorrect localization about "Create storage account"

[결론]

Azure [스토리지 계정 만들기] 블레이드에서 [성능] 계층을 "프리미엄"으로 지정했을 때 아래 주의 사항으로 표시되는 내용 중 "Blob 차단" (빨간색 상자) 은 잘못된 번역이다. "블록 Blob"으로 고쳐야 한다.

The "Blob 차단" shown by the blue rectangle should be modified to "블록 Blob" because it is inconsistent with the screen in English..
